Move My Wheels Becomes First Multi-Race Winner in GTWC Australia
14/05/2026
Jayden Ojeda and Paul Lucchitti have become the first pairing to claim two GT World Challenge Australia race wins in the 2026 season after taking victory on Sunday at The Bend Motorsport Park. Driving the Move My Wheels by Tigani Motorsport Mercedes-AMG GT3, the duo delivered a flawless lights-to-flag performance in round two of the championship.

Ojeda made a strong start to lead the field through the opening stint ahead of Tigani Motorsport teammate Brendon Leitch, while the leading pack remained largely unchanged through to the pit stop window. After taking over from Ojeda, Lucchitti rejoined in the lead and immediately came under pressure from defending Champion Brad Schumacher, who closed the gap in the final stages of the race.

Despite Schumacher getting within striking distance in the closing 10 minutes, Lucchitti produced a composed defensive drive aboard the #66 Mercedes-AMG GT3 to hold position and secure another race win for the team, leaving the round just two points away from the championship lead.
GT World Challenge Australia now heads to Queensland Raceway on 12–14 June for round three as part of the Shannons SpeedSeries’ GT Festival Queensland.
